Monaghan Group was born in 1996 when Beth Monaghan had an epiphany and left her CFO position at a fast growing company to create an outsourced accounting services firm where CPAs can provide strategic business consulting, practicing their profession skillfully while also honoring their lives. In a world where accountant jobs often require logging 60+ hours per week, our CPAs average less than 40.
