OUR HISTORY Monaghan Group was born in 1996 when Beth Monaghan had an epiphany and left her CFO position at a fast growing company to create a boutique accounting firm where consultants can practice their profession skillfully while also honoring their lives. In a world where accountants often log 60+ hours per week, ours average less than 40. Yet we get the job done with precision and grace, as evidenced by the strength of our relationships with an impressive list of delighted clients. Today, Monaghan Group has evolved into a strong team of consultants – men and women with unbridled dedication, enthusiasm and the experience to back it up – who provide exceptional accounting services to hundreds of clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
