CHARLOTTE PARENT   Each year, Carolina Parenting, Inc. (Carolina Parent, Piedmont Parent, and Charlotte Parent magazines) recognizes 40 North Carolina companies that make life a little easier for working parents. These companies go out of their way to help their employees put family first. In doing so, their policies strengthen their workforce, their employees’ families and our local communities. In the September 2005 issue, the N.C. Family Friendly 40 list was published in its entirety. Companies on the N.C. Family-Friendly 40 list will be honored at Charlotte Parent’s eighth annual Moms@Work luncheon on September 27 at the Westin Charlotte.
