Nancy Dwyer, SPHR
Director of Human Resources & Recruiting
Nancy serves as the director of human resources and recruiting for Monaghan Group’s three practices. Her more than 25 years of diverse experience encompasses all aspects of human resources management, business operations and leadership development.
Nancy previously worked for Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and has provided HR leadership in her various industry roles. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and in WorkPlace Big Five Profile 4.0.
Nancy received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Capella University. She received her master’s degree in human resources from Western Carolina University.
She is involved in her church and the community, previously serving on the personnel committee for St. John’s Episcopal Church, as a board member for her homeowners association and as a board member for Communities in Schools.
Nancy and her husband have two married daughters and two dogs. She loves the outdoors, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
