Monaghan Group Anticipates Growth in 2012


CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 15, 2012 – Predicting a strong 2012, Monaghan Group plans to add up to 15 new consultants this year. The additions will increase its workforce by approximately 20 percent in Charlotte, the Triad and the Triangle areas of N.C.

“Last year produced excellent results and a number of new relationships that are continuing into the new year,” said Founder and CEO Beth Monaghan. “We are seeking to expand with the addition of experienced certified public accountants who have senior-level industry experience.”

Beyond being a CPA, the ideal consultant qualifications include working at the manager level or above, preferably in audit, for the Big Four or comparable accounting firms; industry experience as a chief financial officer, controller, financial reporting manager, SEC reporting manager or other senior positions; and, proficiency with a variety of accounting software packages.
